- Participate in daily administration and operation of the Fund’s assets, including decision making and analysis
- Participate in the operational and board meetings of the Fund’s investments which are held to define the relevant strategy and action plans
- Participation in the performance management process of the Fund
- Participation in Performance Management reporting on the portfolio: review of monthly third party reports, as well as assisting in the preparation and compilation of internal asset management portfolio reports
- Ability to create and manipulate complex financial models
- Participate in the accounting and financial due diligence process
- Participate in the Fund’s financial planning and update of the Corporate model
- Participate in financial analysis and development of appropriate financial controls for current investments (with an asset management focus)
- Acquire and maintain strong local market knowledge (i.e. competition, supply pipeline, demand drivers, sales performance, construction progress, market absorption, etc)
- Participate in the investment valuation process
- Participation of the Financial Planning and Cash Flow Forecasting process
- Identify future growth and investment opportunities in the business
